     OUR JOYFUL POLICIES

Our gift baskets are made at the time they are ordered.  We take pride in having the finest aromatherapy products in our gifts.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. When your order is shipped, customer will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.  It is necessary we have your correct e-mail address.  Depending on the season and size of the order, please allow 7 -10 days. 

All Shipping charges and additional fees are non refundable. 

Prices are subject to chanage without notice. 

We reserve the right to make substitutions, if necessary, will be of equal or greater value according to product availability. 

All claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Any gift returned without authorization will be subject to 15 % restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective items will receive a a full refund or replacement within 15 days of delivery. FedEx will inspect the damaged merchandise and original packaging.  Claims will not be honored if merchandise can not be inspected.  Do not return damaged items, we will arrange for a pick up and pay return shipping cost if applicable.

No refunds or exchanges for items used, personalized or specially priced merchandise.  Items must be in their original condition.
